This is after they pushed statements to convince Republicans in Congress that this bill would not add or increase immigrant visas.

But for the one Art Director job that was held by an H-1B worker they were seeking a Green Card for, FB went through deceptive means to deny Americans.

Proponents of bill HR1044/S386 like to claim that most of the H-1B workers from India in the Green Card backlog are working for reputable tech companies & not outsourcing firms.
The PERM data for 2019 tells a different story. These outsourcing firms have displaced Americans.
