After 9 days the bambu lab support team was finally able to get my printer fixed. It wasn't fun but at least it works again. Thank you to everyone who followed along.

Day 3 of the @BambulabGlobal x1 carbon being broke. Finally today I got a copy and paste response to my ticket. Unfortunately turning it on and off and doing a factory reset didn't do anything the first 15 times I tried it.

Since people seem to be asking again. Aves is pronounced potentially two ways. "ay-veez" or "ah-vez". The word is the biological classification for birds. This was chosen because birds are friends as seen below.
